Hi, I'm Jay Wopschall
A Product Designer
Focused on Simplifying the Complex
As a Product Designer, delivering that final product is always enjoyable, but where I thrive is in the process getting there. I enjoy taking an idea and driving it through an iterative, creative, thought process to understand the problem and simplify complexities in order to create an intuitive solution.
For me, creating user-friendly and intuitive products is extremely fulfilling. Whether it involves reducing the number of clicks required or presenting essential information in a clear and effective way, it's gratifying to know that I'm enhancing a user's daily experience.
Mobile-Friendly Design
At RevolutionEHR, we incorporated a payment processor service into our SaaS software, enabling customers to make payments online. We needed to design a customer facing mobile-friendly site to submit credit card information.
User Journey Maps
Another project at RevolutionEHR was to update our schedule wait list to provide a more seamless experience when scheduling a patient from the wait list.
Cohesive Brand and User Experience
At Parexel, one of my primary objectives was to design a unified user experience to enhance our brand equity and consistency across a suite of products dedicated to the management of clinical trials.
Rapid Prototyping
The primary objective of this product is to provide users with an overview of data and notifications to ensure their clinical trial is running smoothly. The target audience includes pharmaceutical companies or contract organizations that manage clinical trials.
Legacy System Simplified
The goal of this project was to simplify the information architecture to better fit the needs of our customers in reducing the number of clicks to access information.
Website Re-Design
At Schematic (now Possible), AccessHollywood.com was in need of a re-design to better work with their content management system and to increase ad revenue.
Salesforce Community Design
ChiroTouch is practice management software for chiropractic offices. Using Salesforce Community, the business set out to build a site for all things chiropractic.
